ACCESS 

Access to your home is critical for our White Glove Delivery Team to deliver your furniture to the room of your choice. Please measure your space accurately at the time of your order. We want you to sleep comfortably from one year to the next. Therefore, we offer a 5-year guarantee on the internal springs of our mattresses from the date of purchase.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS  

Our mattress is made with premium natural materials and will adapt to your body shape and sleeping style over time. To ensure its form-fitting longevity, flip it over every six to twelve weeks. Your mattress will need gentle soft brushing at regular intervals on both its summer and winter sides to remove any dust. Further, air out your mattress at regular intervals by simply removing any bed linens that would normally cover it. Never use a vacuum cleaner, as this can displace the natural fillings, alternatively brush your mattress surface gently. 

If an accident happens to your mattress, avoid washing or dry cleaning our stripe wool weave; Any spillages on mattresses or toppers should first be absorbed by using a dry cloth. To clean a stain, we recommend a simple household solution of half gentle soap, half water, which you can make yourself in a spray bottle. Mix well and apply on the stain, gently blotting with a dry or slightly damp cloth until the stain disappears. Do not rub. 

STORAGE 

Do not fold or roll your mattress as this could damage it. If you need to stare your mattress, ensure you have space to store it flat and not on its side, as this will displace the fillings. 

ALLERGIES 

All our mattresses are made with natural fillings such as British Wool, hemp and flax. These breathable fillings are naturally antimicrobial, hypoallergenic and antibacterial due to their moisture absorbing qualities. British wool and hemp wick away moisture creating a dry environment which dust mites cannot thrive in. In creating a natural mattress and topper, it gives the best opportunity to reduce the risk of allergies and mites living in the product when care and lifespan instructions are followed.

We offer a premium service and provide you with the most dedicated experience for shipping your valuable goods. Your new furniture will be unwrapped and expertly assembled in the room of your choice. Our delivery team will even take the packaging away with them for recycling when we leave. We have a standard delivery fee to the Mainland UK £200. If you are outside of this area please call our friendly team for a more accurate delivery fee.
