When purchasing a mattress, along with our headboard and bed bases, we recommend that customers consider the size of their hallway, staircase, and doors to make an informed decision regarding access considerations. To ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, it is important to update us about any restrictions or other access issues. For example, the premium nature of our mattress springs means they cannot be bent, so it’s essential to consider how they can be delivered to the room of your choice.
For larger mattresses sizes such as a king and emperor, a customer home walk-through video (simply filmed on your smartphone) of how the furniture will travel through your property is one way for our delivery team to assess if we need to organise a prior home visit and measure doorway dimensions etc. Please note each of our luxury mattresses weighs between 30kg to 100kgs depending on the size and this requires three white-glove experts to deliver them safely.
Our delivery teams will carefully deliver items to the ground and first-floor levels as standard. However, if you live beyond a first-floor delivery, including apartments, please contact our friendly Customer Service to discuss delivery options.
Upon arrival, we will unwrap and assemble your bed in the room of your choice, with the packaging taken away for recycling.

We are very proud of the feedback we get from our customers when they receive their furniture and home accessories. However, we recognise that sometimes people change their mind. Therefore, once your item has arrived, and it’s in perfect condition, but you have simply decided that it is not for you, just let us know within 14 days, and we will arrange to pick it up. Assuming we receive it back in the same condition it was delivered, we will refund the cost of your item; please note, we are unable to refund the original delivery or return cost.
Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll let you know how to return it or arrange for a collection. Once it gets back to us, we'll refund you.

We are happy to make covers in any suitable upholstery fabric that you would like to use.
Staingard protection offers exceptional care for your upholstered furniture. If you spill anything on your furniture, their team will personally come to your home and professionally clean or repair your sofa or armchair at no extra cost. Please note, this insurance only covers unintended and unexpected damage caused by a sudden and unforeseen event.
