Inside each topper are generous layers of linen, wool, flax, hemp and cashmere, plus thousands of tiny springs. These layers ensure our luxury?mattress topper will completely transform any bed with their versatile summer and winter sides?and pair perfectly with our Luxury Mattresses.

Our toppers features two unique sides designed to keep you comfortable all year round- the summer side is made with a lovely layer of linen to keep you cool during the summer months, while the winter side is made with a top layer of cashmere to keep you warm in the colder months.?
How you rest in bed is incredibly important to us, and we want you to sleep comfortably from one year to the next. Therefore, we offer a 5-year guarantee on the internal springs of our toppers from the date of purchase.
ACCESS
When purchasing a topper and mattress, along with our headboard and bed bases, we recommend that customers consider the size of their hallway, staircase, and doors to make an informed decision regarding access considerations. To ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, it is important to update us about any restrictions or other access issues. For example, the premium nature of our mattress springs means they cannot be bent, so it?s essential to consider how they can be delivered to the room of your choice.?
?For larger mattress sizes such as a king and emperor, a customer home walk-through video (simply filmed on your smartphone) of how the furniture will travel through your property is one way for our delivery team to assess if we need to organise a prior home visit and measure doorway dimensions etc. Please note each of our luxury mattresses weighs between 30kg to 100kgs depending on the size and this requires three white-glove experts to deliver them safely.

CARE
Regular care is the best advice we can offer, since neglect may reduce your mattress topper?s comfort or lifespan. So, here we provide advice and good practice to help keep it clean and fresh. Mattress protectors are designed to protect and adding one will form a barrier around your mattress and mattress topper to protect them and prolong their lifespan. You can choose a protector that sits on top or one that surrounds your topper and mattress together. It?s easier to clean a mattress protector than it is a topper, and it will keep your mattress topper and your bed clean and fresh. Simply pull back the covers. Fold it down, and flip it over, then take it out to the sunshine.?

If an accident happens to your mattress, avoid washing or dry cleaning our stripe wool weave; Any spillages on toppers should first be absorbed by using a dry cloth. Avoid any type of ?wringing out? as it can break down the fibres of the wool. To clean a stain, we recommend a simple household solution of half gentle soap, half water, which you can make yourself in a spray bottle. Mix well and apply on the stain, gently blotting with a dry or slightly damp cloth until the stain disappears. Do not rub.?

Our delivery teams will carefully deliver items to the ground and first-floor levels as standard. However, if you live beyond a first-floor delivery, including apartments, please contact our friendly Customer Service to discuss delivery options.?
Upon arrival, we will unwrap and assemble your bed in the room of your choice, with the packaging taken away for recycling.?
After being unwrapped, your topper (and mattress) should be left in a well-ventilated room for a few hours before use. Any natural scent from the fillings will dissipate after a few days.
