We offer two delivery options depending on the products you’re purchasing. At checkout, when ordering online, certain items will appear with either or both of the available options. This will depend on the type of item you are purchasing and whether they are part of a special offer or discounted. Details of these services are listed below.
White Glove Service:
We are proud of our white glove delivery service and its 5-star customer satisfaction rating. Your delivery experience is important to us, and so to make sure your experience is the best it can be, our dedicated team will be in touch with you directly to confirm all of the necessary details. They will check your preferred delivery address and organise a suitable delivery time frame. When you place your order, we'll ask you about any specific requirements and access issues to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. We'll then confirm your delivery cost and upon arrival, we will unwrap and assemble your handmade piece in the room of your choice. Our team will also provide you with all the care information that you need to keep your furniture in the best condition and will steam and upholstered items. The delivery team will take away any packaging with them to be recycled.
Quick Delivery Service:Our new external delivery partner provides us with an opportunity to utilise their broad network across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and the rest of the world to enable us to deliver your furniture quicker than ever before. Their delivery team will be in touch with you directly to organise a date for delivery and on the day of delivery will bring your furniture to your desired room of choice, taking away any packaging with them. Unfortunately, this service does not include the ability to take away any old furniture, or build, join, steam, or show you how to care for your new Maker&Son pieces, although you will receive your care guide via email. If you would like to take advantage of our additional delivery services, please choose our White Glove delivery service at checkout.

If you spill anything on your furniture, their team will personally come to your home and professionally clean or repair your sofa or armchair at no extra cost. Please note, this insurance only covers unintended and unexpected damage caused by a sudden and unforeseen event.
