Not only is our furniture different, so is our business model.
We will never have traditional high street showrooms as they come with such costly overheads (business rates, rent, utilities) that are of no benefit to the customer. Instead we have our lovely mobile showroom so that we can bring our furniture to you, and a show home at our head office.
Because we only sell direct, we do not have to pass these costs on to our customers and therefore you receive a much higher value product for the money you spend.
If we were to sell our Song sofa in a traditional store, it would have to be priced at £10,000 in order to deliver the necessary margin; being able to sell it at £5,000 means we are effectively delivering a 50% saving on retail cost to our customers.
