You’ll be expected to work at a variety of levels, responsible for day-to-day management of paid digital and more traditional advertising campaigns. Role responsibilities will include the creation, execution, optimisation and measurement of paid search, display and social advertising strategies as well as print and other media. Contributing to overall marketing success and business growth, key objectives include both brand awareness and lead generation in the building of an effective digital strategy as well as effective media buying across multiple regions.

This newly created role will report to the Head of Merchandising supporting with planning and managing the department sales, stock, and markdowns. You will be focused on achieving maximum sales, hitting our margin targets; and maintaining our stock and availability targets. As a key member of the team you will consistently provide weekly, seasonal and ad hoc reporting and analysis.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to work alongside and support our finance team. Working closely with the marketing and content teams, you will be responsible for the editing of all photography and video generated for use across multiple platforms. You will be confident in how to tailor visual content to best effect for all major social media platforms to promote our brand. You will understand the Maker&Son audiences and have input into the types of content we generate to engage them.

You will play an integral role within our Listening & Engagement Team as well as supporting our sales & marketing team, and will be responsible for the initial interactions with many of our visitors online. Working with the UK Production team, you will own the process of fulfilling customer orders from the point of sale to after delivery follow-up. Maintaining regular communication with all manufacturers and suppliers and co-ordinating with our sales team, you will ensure orders are delivered and customer expectations are exceeded. You will track production proactively resolving issues as they arise. You will provide support to the Production co-ordinators.

You will be an accomplished individual with a proven track record in writing for high end feature magazines, radio adverts, PR or digital content. You will be experienced in creating sharp content that plays close attention to the characters. You will be responsible for crafting dialogue that emotionally engages, entertains, informs and, above all, builds trust in the viewer and which sounds spontaneous and natural. You will be confident in idea generation, research, planning, character development, and then writing. You will be confident in writing every aspect of a script, from the dialogue to the scene directions. It’s essential that dialogue is believable and authentic with the unique tone of voice of our brand and has the appropriate pace for the platform for which it is being produced (e.g instagram vs youtube).

We are looking for a highly organised, driven and motivated individual who can perform a multitude of tasks to support our small but growing SEO team. Reporting directly to the Global SEO Manager, this is a brand new role and comes at a fantastic stage of our growth. This role will have the primary focus of optimising our multiple websites to make our products available to potential clients via organic search. The role is a junior one though it does have the potential to expand into a wider digital remit with time.

You will be confident in how to set up a shoot, paying attention to detail and being aware of the brand look and feel.
